The role develops and leads safety and environmental training, implements HSE-standard improvement projects, analyzes risks, and supports the HSE Manager while serving as a liaison between teams, management, and safety initiatives. Candidates need a technical vocational qualification or comparable bachelor's degree, safety training, HSE knowledge, strong German and English skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. The position offers a gross annual base salary of at least €54,700 plus social benefits.
