Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, a professional HSE qualification, 8–12 years of overall experience including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, and extensive experience with infrastructure and utility projects in KSA, particularly on the consultant or construction supervision side.
