Description
The HSE Manager supports the General Services Manager and HSE & Security Manager in maintaining Al Tayer Motors’ Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental programme, ensuring legal compliance and a safe work environment. Responsibilities include HSE site inspections, audits, risk assessments, documentation, management reporting, evacuation-drill evaluation, incident and accident investigations, HSE and ISO training, stakeholder coordination, and communication of HSE issues. The role requires a tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety, fire prevention, or risk management; a recognized fire and safety qualification is preferable; and 5–7 years of experience in a large, diverse commercial establishment, including risk assessment, emergency response, disaster recovery, ISO implementation, and HSE training.
