Bosch is hiring an HSE-IMS Business Partner to serve as the primary advisor to managers and employees on occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection. The role supports compliance with laws, standards, and internal requirements; conducts HSE inspections and audits; prepares risk assessments; delivers training; manages hazardous substances, laser and optical radiation protection, waste, and environmental aspects; and coordinates with specialist areas and business units. The position requires a relevant technical university degree, professional experience in HSE, fire safety, or environmental protection, a secondary-level occupational safety qualification, strong English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
