The HSE Specialist supports the Senior HSE Manager in deploying safety objectives, conducting site and workstation risk assessments, maintaining operational controls, leading safety inspections, providing safety training, and promoting a safety culture. The role requires a high school diploma, two years of related safety experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with 5S, continuous improvement, and ISO systems, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work flexible or rotating schedules. The position has the authority to stop production when necessary for safety reasons.
