UGL is hiring an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment activities for a major utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction project in Victoria, Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role leads the HSE team, builds safety culture, coaches leaders, manages risk, supports investigations and continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with legislative, client and UGL requirements.
