Description
The HSE Manager will lead health, safety, security, and environmental compliance for a construction project under UAE regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HSSE plans, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing incident investigations and emergency response, developing training and awareness programs, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring HSSE staff. The role requires a postgraduate qualification, at least 10 years of HSE experience with a contracting company including 6 years in the UAE, a Level 6 HSE qualification, and mandatory ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and IMS Auditor credentials; familiarity with EDMS tools such as Aconex is also required.
