ABB Motion Spain is hiring an HSE & Sustainability Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and sustainability strategy across service, projects, workshops, sales, and offices. The role manages the HSE Specialist team, oversees risk and incident management, supports decarbonisation and ESG reporting, ensures compliance with Spanish legislation and ISO 45001/14001 systems, and promotes digital prevention tools. It requires a master's degree in occupational risk prevention, more than 10 years of HSE management experience, contractor and customer-site safety experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position is hybrid and reports to the Motion Spain management team.
