Mars is hiring a Site HSE Manager in Gainesville, Georgia to lead health, safety, environmental, and security programs across a manufacturing site. The role owns regulatory compliance, environmental permits, hazardous-material handling, risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective and preventive actions, industrial hygiene, behavior-based safety, emergency response, contractor safety, site security, and the HSE team’s succession and budget management. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 10–15 years of manufacturing safety, environmental, or industrial hygiene experience are required, with additional HSE leadership, food manufacturing, security, and professional certification experience preferred.
