Astra Sweets Groep is hiring an HSE Manager to serve as the central safety, health, and environment contact across its Belgian and Dutch sites, with primary responsibility for the production plant in Turnhout. The role involves developing and monitoring HSE policy, supporting management, promoting a safety culture, and coordinating audits, inspections, incident analyses, and improvement projects. The position requires a Level 1 or Level 2 prevention advisor qualification, knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation, experience with risk analyses and incident investigations, and preferably experience in a production or food-industry environment.
