Description
The HSE Manager will lead health, safety and environmental performance at a manufacturing site in Bath, translating group-wide strategies into practical actions. The role involves influencing and coaching people across the organisation, developing training, managing ISO systems, supporting energy reduction initiatives, managing audits and legal compliance, and driving behavioural and cultural change. The position requires manufacturing HSE programme experience, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ideally ISO 50001 knowledge, audit and management-systems experience, and specified NEBOSH, IEMA and ISO Lead Auditor qualifications.
