Description
SFC Energy AG is hiring an HSE Manager to develop, implement, and optimize its HSE management system aligned with ISO 45001 and other HLS-based standards. The role covers compliance with German and international HSE legislation, risk assessments, root-cause analyses, internal and external audits, HSE culture leadership, and integration of HSE into business and quality processes. The position requires a relevant degree, at least eight years of HSE experience, expertise in ISO 45001 and related standards, German and English fluency, and experience with product conformity. The salary is €90,000 to €110,000 gross per year.
