Turner & Townsend is seeking an HSE Engineer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to manage health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple project sites. The role oversees security systems implementation, including CCTV and access control, conducts risk assessments and site audits, investigates incidents, prepares compliance documentation, coordinates with project teams, provides HSE training, and ensures adherence to UAE regulations and international standards. The position requires at least eight years of HSE engineering experience in oil and gas, power, or utilities, along with security systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, multisite compliance, and HSE certification.
