Description
The role leads health and safety across UK operations, partnering with senior leadership and site teams to develop risk-based strategies, implement policies and procedures, monitor performance, investigate incidents, coordinate improvement plans, deliver training, and manage regulatory, insurance, and legal compliance. It requires a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, CMIOSH or working towards, UK health and safety knowledge, experience in high-risk sectors, hazardous or clinical waste expertise, incident investigation skills, training experience, commercial awareness, a driving licence, and willingness to travel.
