Description
The HSE Manager supports the Engineering department by overseeing health, safety, and environmental performance across projects from design through commissioning. The role begins with on-site safety leadership, manages HSE governance, KPIs, reporting, corrective and preventive actions, incident investigations, risk analyses, regulatory monitoring, training, and safety culture, and coordinates with project HSE teams. Candidates need an engineering or HSE degree, industrial or project experience, knowledge of HSE regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and fluent French with advanced English.
