Rosendin is hiring an HSE Manager I, a mid-level, field-based construction safety professional responsible for implementing project safety plans and overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices. The role includes hazard identification and corrective actions, incident investigations, safety training and curriculum development, OSHA and electrical safety compliance, permit and procedure review, safety data analysis, emergency planning, and mentoring junior safety staff. The position requires at least five years of construction safety management experience, including three years in electrical contracting or utility construction, an active OSHA 500 or 501 Authorized Trainer designation, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent journeyman experience. The role requires spending 80% of time on active construction sites and traveling up to 25%.
