Description
Pact is hiring an HSE Manager to lead and embed a strong health, safety and environment culture across its Large Format Industrial Packaging business. Reporting to the General Manager – LFIP, the role will implement the HSE strategy, manage operational risks, ensure compliance with Australian WHS and environmental legislation, interface with regulators, investigate incidents, develop HSE systems and training, and coach site leaders and HSE teams. The position requires extensive knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation, senior HSE leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, experience with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong stakeholder engagement and change-management skills.
