Description
The HSE Officer will implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies; conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, inductions, toolbox talks, and training; monitor environmental compliance; maintain HSE records; liaise with regulatory authorities; support emergency response; and integrate safety into ADNOC project operations. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma, at least five years of oil and gas HSE experience, NEBOSH and related certifications, knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and local regulations, and willingness to work on-site in shifts across Abu Dhabi project locations.
