Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time HSE Program Manager to design, develop, and implement corporate health, safety, and environmental procedures and execution guides; translate regulations into operational standards; maintain HSE management systems; support business-unit rollouts; track KPIs; and create training content. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of progressive HSE experience including two years in corporate program management, and approximately 20% travel to company sites. Compensation is $120,000–$145,000 plus equity and other benefits.
