Description
The role serves as the primary health, safety, and environmental resource for facility leadership, developing and improving HSE programs, policies, procedures, and safe work practices; supporting OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EPS Global HSE Management System compliance; identifying hazards and risks; leading incident investigations and corrective actions; coordinating training, audits, inspections, and safety meetings; and monitoring HSE performance metrics. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of HSE experience, regulatory and management-system knowledge, and regular travel between Youngstown, Ohio, and Bridgeport, West Virginia.
