Nature’s Bakery is hiring an HSE Technician to support the Health, Safety, and Environmental program at a manufacturing site. The role covers environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, HSE training, incident and worker-compensation investigations, safety audits, industrial hygiene monitoring, security support, risk management, and backup coverage for the HSE Manager. The position requires strong communication, organization, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in science and 3–5 years of safety or environmental experience in a manufacturing or school-related program.
