Nox Group is seeking an HSE Training Manager to lead the development, scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental training programs across its construction operations. The role partners with Learning & Development, coordinates training across job sites, oversees HSE personnel, maintains training records, ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulations, and reports program outcomes to leadership. The position requires substantial construction HSE experience, instructional design knowledge, team leadership experience, and the ability to travel to job sites.
