Description
The HSEQ Manager oversees health, safety, environmental, and quality programs for Vermont operations and inactive Vermont locations. The role manages compliance with federal, state, and company requirements; HSEQ systems and testing; laboratory and capital-project risk reviews; worker compensation; audits, corrective actions, training, reporting, and stakeholder communications. It requires mining or manufacturing health and safety experience, environmental experience or training, and quality experience, with a related bachelor’s degree preferred. The position involves outdoor work in all weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven ground.
