Deep Hydrography & Geophysics is hiring an HSEQ Manager to lead safety, quality, environmental, and compliance systems across nearshore and offshore survey projects. The role develops and monitors HSEQ standards, investigates incidents, conducts audits and risk analyses, manages ISO certifications, and advises on structural improvements while leading the HSEQ specialist and collaborating with project and fleet managers. The position is based in Amsterdam-Noord, with occasional field work on survey vessels, and requires an HSEQ or safety-related higher education, at least three years of offshore or maritime leadership experience, incident-investigation expertise, and experience with risk management, audits, and compliance.
