Description
The role performs comprehensive janitorial and custodial work across multiple areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, chemical handling, equipment and supply management, and recordkeeping. It requires experience in janitorial or custodial work in vacation rental settings, knowledge of cleaning and environmental practices, ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more regularly, familiarity with floor care and restoration, strong organizational skills, and commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
