Description
The Plant People Management and Administration role is based on-site at the Quilmes Plant in Quilmes, Buenos Aires. It combines safety and environmental compliance, management reporting, training and performance administration, personnel administration, payroll support, overtime and leave monitoring, and guidance to plant leaders. The role requires an advanced student or graduate in Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, or a related engineering field, 1 to 2 years of similar experience, advanced Excel skills, and preferably SAP and Power BI knowledge.
