Puma Energy Zambia is hiring an HSSEQ Specialist to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality management systems across its retail, aviation, transport, terminal, engineering, and project operations. Reporting to the Country HSSEQ Manager, the role covers audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, process safety, contractor management, project assurance, compliance monitoring, performance reporting, training, and operational readiness. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a professional HSE qualification, and at least five years of experience in HSSEQ, risk management, compliance, auditing, quality management, or related disciplines within a high-risk operational environment.
