ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company, is hiring an HSSE leadership professional to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental processes in its oil and gas operations. The role supervises HSSE personnel, investigates accidents, evaluates workplace hazards and environmental conditions, develops hygiene and safety programs, conducts employee training and orientations, ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulations, and works with regulatory agencies. The position requires HSSE-related experience, strong regulatory and technical knowledge, communication skills, computer proficiency, and availability for demanding workloads and travel.
