Description
The People Concern is hiring one full-time, exempt HSSP Program Manager to oversee a portion of its Housing Support Services Program for adults in West Los Angeles. The role supervises and supports clinicians and direct-service staff, monitors contract and funder compliance, manages reporting and quality assurance, maintains clinical documentation, and may maintain a caseload of up to 10. It is not 100% onsite and follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule across multiple Westside and San Fernando Valley sites. The position requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, California Board of Behavioral Sciences registration, clinical supervision experience, and knowledge of trauma-informed, housing-first, and harm-reduction approaches.
