Description
The HST Practice Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for physician practices, hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal business partners, supporting Home Sleep Testing operations through account management, order processing, issue resolution, portal administration, customer onboarding, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; healthcare support experience and knowledge of HIPAA are preferred. The position is in-person in Melbourne, Florida, with two possible schedules.
