OnTrac is hiring an onsite HUB Area Manager in Columbus, Ohio, to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned operational area. The role reports to the facility Operations Manager, supervises and schedules Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. Candidates need a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees. The position pays $67,200 to $80,400 in base salary, with a potential range of $80,400 to $100,800, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
