Landing is hiring a Regional Field Operations Manager to oversee General Hospitality Managers across multiple markets. The role manages market operations, member experience, escalations, housekeeping, property partners, KPIs, property launches, performance reporting, and GM development. It requires multi-unit hospitality or regional leadership experience, strong operational judgment, the ability to triage under pressure, and comfort with ambiguity. The position operates Monday through Friday with evening, weekend, and holiday availability, requires approximately 50% travel, and offers a $75,000–$90,000 base salary plus a performance bonus, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
