Transparent BPO is hiring a Senior Manager // Hub Operations and Implementation Manager to lead the strategy, launch, stabilization, and ongoing performance of distributed operational hubs across Belize. The role combines project implementation with operational leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing workforce and location strategies, managing hub performance and risks, serving as a client-facing representative, and developing direct reports. The position requires strong strategic, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to travel within Belize and work flexible hours.
