DPD is recruiting a permanent Hub Operations Manager for Hub 4 in Hinckley, working Monday to Friday from 18:30 to 03:00. The role leads Sortation Managers, drives operational KPIs, and is accountable for health and safety, quality, security, productivity, cost, recruitment, staff development, temporary workforce planning, and cross-departmental relationships. Candidates need extensive logistics, warehouse, or distribution experience, strong operational and analytical skills, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work night shifts across five of seven days, including weekends. The package includes a salary of circa £65,000 plus bonus and car allowance, with a company car or cash alternative.
