The role requires a GED or diploma, at least five years of management experience, and six years of industry or related experience, with logistics, last-mile delivery, small-parcel, and independent-contractor experience preferred. The position operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM and offers a starting base salary of $96,600 to $120,750, with potential base salary up to $144,900 over tenure.
