Aoka is hiring an experienced Monthly Construction Inspector in Bentonville, Arkansas, as an independent contractor on a part-time basis. The role involves conducting one monthly site inspection per project, reviewing construction documentation, verifying progress against schedules and draw requests, documenting risks and schedule delays, conducting Davis-Bacon wage interviews, photographing the site, maintaining records in VertexPlans, and preparing objective monthly reports for HUD, owners, lenders, and other stakeholders. The position does not involve directing contractors, supervising construction, or enforcing codes. Applicants need at least four years of multifamily inspection experience, and compensation is $300–$450 per inspection, with additional compensation for travel and training.
