Surge is hiring a Human Data Architect to design end-to-end workflows for collecting, structuring, and delivering human data used in AI post-training. The role covers task design, SFT and RLHF data pipelines, evaluation datasets, data quality frameworks, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to improve throughput and reliability. Candidates should have experience designing human data collection at scale, familiarity with ML post-training paradigms, strong data-pipeline technical skills, systems-level thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
