SpaceXAI is hiring a Human Data Operations Analyst to analyze workforce, capacity, quality, throughput, cost, and other operational metrics; build dashboards, trackers, and forecasting views; support allocation and operating tradeoffs; improve data quality and operational processes; and translate insights into recommendations for operations, engineering, recruiting, finance, and other stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant professional experience, and experience building analytical models or operating systems in Excel or Google Sheets. Preferred qualifications include SQL, forecasting, workforce analytics, statistical analysis, data visualization, and experience in high-growth technology or data-labeling environments. Compensation is $122,000–$180,000 USD, with medical, vision, dental, equity, retirement, and other benefits.
