Description
Kraken is hiring a Human Design Lead based in Paris, France, to own the enablement and implementation of culture and ways-of-working transformation for new and existing senior clients. The role manages a regional client portfolio, leads C-suite coaching and cultural transformation, supports client onboarding and migration, and acts as a bridge between clients and Kraken’s Human Design practice. It requires expertise in human design, leadership development, coaching, learning, organizational psychology, facilitation, and complex program transformation, with experience in energy, utilities, or telecommunications highly desirable.
