K2United is hiring an HX Operations Manager to lead people, systems, and programs that deliver a consistent employee experience. The role oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee support, engagement, compliance, records, payroll, compensation, and benefits, while also serving on the cross-functional Business Operations team. The manager will coordinate with Finance, Security, IT, Data, and Quality Assurance; simplify processes; manage operational risks; and use data, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality. The position requires HR or people-operations leadership experience and offers a salary of $100,000 to $125,000, along with medical benefits, retirement matching, leave flexibility, wellness and tuition stipends, and other employee benefits.
