Description
Hologic is hiring a Lead Human Factors Engineer to lead human factors, usability engineering, and user-centered design activities for medical devices from concept through commercialization. The role owns usability strategy, usability studies, user research, risk analysis, UI/UX and labeling specifications, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional leadership, while mentoring engineers and product teams. It requires substantial human factors or usability engineering experience, primarily in the medical device industry, and follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week at the Marlborough, Massachusetts or Louisville, Colorado location.
