Description

Blue Origin is hiring a Human Factors Engineer within its Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE) organization. The role focuses primarily on developing and maintaining enterprise human factors standards, methodologies, guides, handbooks, training materials, and AI-assisted human factors tools, while also providing human factors subject matter expertise to ACE programs. Responsibilities include task and human error analysis, ergonomics and anthropometric evaluations, human-in-the-loop testing, requirements review and verification planning, and integrating human-centered design into engineering workflows. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least five years of human factors engineering or human-centered systems design experience, preferably in aerospace.
