Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Biomedical Science or Engineering, Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering, Information and Data Science, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science with human-computer interface emphasis, Human Centered Design, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, including design controls, risk remediation, and risk analysis in medical device product development.
Experience with digital project collaboration tools such as Polarion, Agile PDM, or Smartsheets.
Medical device experience.
Hands-on experience remediating risk assessment documents.
Background in design controls and risk analysis.
Experience with human factors methodologies.
Experience with traceability or PLM tools such as Polarion, Windchill, or Agile PDM.
Preferred Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience
15–20 years of experience, provided the candidate can keep pace with the work
