Lockheed Martin (UK) Ampthill is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a specialist engineering team supporting long-term national and international special projects, including the imminent P618 contract award. The role owns human factors, safety, and environmental engineering; directs research, statistical analysis, human-machine interface design, user trials, risk analysis, and technical documentation; and develops junior staff. It requires proven human factors expertise, experience delivering safety- and security-critical systems, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
