Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Human Factors Integration Manager to oversee and support the Human Factors (HF) Integration Management System across various product areas, including the Edgewing core platform, cockpit integration, and TLS HF. This role involves collaborating with Human Factors product leads, ensuring smooth HF integration, and leading a team of human factors engineers. The manager will analyze design artifact integration, provide technical governance, and interface with customers, partners, and regulators.
