Description
CSSI is seeking a Human Factors Researcher to support Federal Aviation Administration Aviation Safety programs by conducting human-system interaction and operational performance research, designing research approaches, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating systems and procedures, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with FAA program offices and stakeholders. The role requires a relevant master’s degree and five years of aviation human-factors research experience, with a master’s degree waiver possible under an eight-year experience and bachelor’s degree alternative. The position is contingent upon contract award and position availability.
