Description
Shield AI is hiring an Engineer II or Senior Engineer for its Human Machine Teaming (HMT) Design capability. The role develops scalable, traceable requirements and design patterns for adaptive operator-autonomy relationships, maps operational needs to systems and feature requirements, supports testing and scenario design, and collaborates with HMI, UX/UI, and other HMT teams. The position requires a relevant degree, human-machine teaming and human-factors expertise, experimental and statistical analysis experience, and strong communication skills; it also involves approximately 20% travel to company, test, demonstration, and customer locations.
