GDIT is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager to support a large, globally distributed military health program focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience. The role manages task-order performance, contractor personnel, staffing, training, professional development, scope, schedule, and costs; provides technical and administrative supervision; and supports customer contracting representatives. The position requires a Secret clearance or above with the ability to obtain Top Secret, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, and 10+ years of related experience. It is based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with up to 35% travel, 40 scheduled weekly hours, and remote telecommuting options.
