Green Plains Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support plant leaders and employees across assigned facilities. The role combines employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, talent management, performance administration, HRIS and workforce transactions, and compliance support. It is a field-oriented, player-coach position requiring extensive travel to manufacturing and industrial operations, including more than 60% travel, overnight trips, and use of personal protective equipment. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressive human resources experience, manufacturing or industrial experience, and extensive travel; visa sponsorship is not provided.
