Description
The Human Resources Specialist supports major HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, training, employee relations, personnel policies, FMLA and disability administration, payroll, and workforce planning. The role represents employees, develops an employee-oriented culture, coordinates HR projects, and works with supervisors and managers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of Human Resources experience, strong communication and problem-resolution skills, MS Office proficiency, confidentiality experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing experience and Spanish proficiency are preferred.
